We live in California. We love California. But every now and then, we really really miss New Mexico. I've said it once, and I'll say it again. If Kat and I weren't such beach bums, we'd move back to the Land of Entrapment Enchantment in a second.

With that in mind, it's no surprise I jumped at the chance to mix business and pleasure, and spend a short week back in New Mexico's high desert. Home to many fond memories, some of our best friends, and last but certainly not least, the natural habitat of the elusive New Mexican Stuffed Sopapilla.
